Rightsizing with Clarity, Care and Confidence

Thoughtful guidance for seniors, long-time homeowners and families navigating a move, so you can feel informed, supported and at peace every step of the way.

What the SRES® Designation Means

SRES® stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. It is a designation earned through additional education from the National Association of REALTORS® focused on helping seniors and their families navigate later-in-life real estate decisions.

That matters because these moves often involve more than pricing a home. They can include family conversations, timing, downsizing, legal or financial questions, housing options, aging-in-place considerations, and the emotions that come with leaving a long-time home.

My role is not to pressure you into a move. My role is to help you understand your options, connect you with trusted resources when needed, and create a clear plan that supports your goals.

Who This Page is For

Long-Term Homeowners

Your home has been part of your story.  You want to make the right move,  on your terms.

Why this Move is Different

It can involve memories, family conversations, financial questions, belongings, repairs, timing, and a lot of emotion.

  • Is now the right time to move?

  • Should we sell, stay, or make the current home work better?

  • What needs to be done before the home is ready?

  • How do we sort through years of belongings?

  • Who should be involved in the decision-making process?

  • What legal, tax, or financial questions should we ask before listing?

  • You don't have to answer everything at once. The first step is simply creating a clear path forward.

A RECENT SUCCESS STORY

A Long-Time Family Home, Thoughtfully Transitioned

After nearly 50 years in the same South Austin home, this family needed more than a listing plan. They needed patience, preparation, vendor coordination, and a steady guide through a major life transition. With the right strategy, the home received multiple offers, closed over asking, and the family protected a lifetime of equity.

Let's Talk About What's Next

You don't have to figure this out alone.  I'm here to listen, guide and help you move forward with clarity and care.
